For us, home was the warmth of a clay stove, the aroma of slow-cooked dal, the laughter in the kitchen, and recipes passed down by Dadi and Nani — not written in books, but felt in every pinch of spice. Moving to Mumbai, we brought our dreams — but left behind the taste of home. After years of craving that familiar flavor, we decided to bring it to the City of Dreams & hence Northwala was born- a tribute to the Uttar ka Swad, crafted lovingly in a cloud kitchen format for the people of Mumbai.
